Whether you are facing new life transitions, feeling stuck from past hurts, or struggling in your relationships with yourself or others, therapy is a courageous step towards pursuing a more meaningful and vibrant life. My clients typically come into therapy with insecurities of not being enough or not feeling worthy. Sometimes these ideas about ourselves result in repetition of patterns that leave us feeling misunderstood, alone, dissatisfied, and frustrated.
In therapy, we will look at the past as a way of understanding the present. I believe that our past experiences influence how we view ourselves and the world, and through exploring and understanding the past we can then change the story of our present and future. It is through finding acceptance and healing of the past that will allow you to bloom into the person that you have always aspired to be. In therapy you will learn to find the beauty in yourself even through all of the mud of life.
